The pre-filter can be cleaned with a vacuum and a damp cloth, do not submerge in water

v-Hepa FINN Advanced Filtering Process
v-Lock and v-Seal (v-Hepa) Described
The Oransi Finn Air Purifier is equipped with Oransi's proprietary v-lock and v-seal technology. This consists of a specialized seal surrounding the air filter that locks the filter cover in place, so that no air can bypass the filter. Moreover, insulated v-seals around the edges of the main HEPA air filter further prevent air leakage around the filters. As a result, you can rest assured that all of the air entering the Finn air cleaner is filtered and cleaned before being released into your space.
