What Shipping Method Are Used?

Orders will be shipped best way by USPS First Class Mail, UPS or FedEx Ground.
Due to UPS weight restrictions and order quantity, some orders may require shipment by way of Freight Service. Freight Service Courier and delivery co-ordination will be determined by www.MyFiltersDirect.com Corp, unless otherwise requested.

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders qualifying for this offer are processed within 24hrs of receipt of your order, however, may take up to 72 hrs to be released from our warehouse.
UPS Ground orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from time of release from our warehouse.
This promotion does not guarantee delivery within any specific time-frame.
For guaranteed delivery within a required time-frame, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

What if I return my shipment?

Orders received, as part of our Free Shipping promotion and requested for return, will be void from the free shipping promotion. If your order qualified for free shipping and you opt to return your order, we will deduct any outbound shipping charges we incurred. Any outbound shipping charges we incurred will be deducted from your total credit amount and are not refundable.
Original outbound shipping charges, excluding defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items from www.MyFiltersDirect.com, will be deducted from the final credit amount or billed separately.
Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from final credit amount for all orders returned where items ordered where ordered in error.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping, unless order is received defective, damaged or order is mis-shipped by myFiltersDirect.com
