Returns

You may return your merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return purchased merchandise please contact us inquiries@myfiltersdirect.com to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.

All returned items must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components.

We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.

Returns and/or refunds on custom air filters are not allowed.

We do not refund shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the merchandise to myFiltersDirect.com. We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information. If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.

  • Return Packaging Requirements: Authorized product returns must be returned in 'new' or 'like new' condition and must be returned in original manufacturer packaging. Upon approval, we will accept for return standard stock items and items advertised in our catalog or website. Return of special order products, or other items not included in our catalog or website, may not be eligible for return and may result in a restocking fee.

  • Refunds (excludes shipping): Upon receipt of the return, all items will be fully inspected for defects and product identifiers including UPC codes and Serial Numbers. Upon successful inspection, credit will be issued for the full amount of the original product purchase price excluding any applicable shipping charges

  • Excluded from Refunds: All freight charges will be paid for by the customer, including but not limited to shipping or freight charges for all items sent back to myfiltersdirect.com or any Manufacturer location and fright charges for re-shipment to the client.
    * Orders received as part of our Free Shipping promotion and requested for return, will be void from the free shipping promotion. Original outbound shipping charges, excluding defective, damaged, or mis-shipped items from myfiltersdirect.com, will be deducted from the final credit amount or billed separately.

    myfiltersdirect.com will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages due to shipping. Please insure all packages being returned for credit.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be requested at the time of request for RMA. Shipping charges will apply for all shipping transactions related to an exchange
