You may return your merchandise for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you wish to return purchased merchandise please contact us email@example.com to receive an RMA number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.
All returned items must be in a new, unused condition and contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components. We will not accept or refund any items that have been damaged, used, or do not contain all original parts, shrink wrap, protective seals and components.
We will not issue any refunds on products that were damaged during installation or because of incorrect installation.
Returns and/or refunds on custom air filters are not allowed.
We do not refund shipping on returned items. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment to return the merchandise to myFiltersDirect.com. We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information. If your return comes back to us damaged we will follow the above outlined policy and no refund will be issued. We encourage our customers to package their return carefully as to avoid any damages in transit back to us.
